Michelle Ferbrache

Michelle's story is one of a working single mum making the leap into self employment and carving out a career she loves. 

Starting with us at Head Office in 2018, Michelle initially worked in accounts before taking on additional admin work within the sales and lettings team. During this time she fell in love with all aspects of estate agency and decided to combine the two.

Under the mentorship of Rob, our founder, Michelle has quickly become one of the top agents in her network.

Now Michelle is helping new agents by mentoring them to become the next success story.

After making her first sale within a month of becoming an agent, Michelle has been incredibly successful within her farea and is known as the go to agent for outstanding customer service throughout the sales and lettings process locally, regularly being recommended in local online groups. 

Also known for being able to sell the 'unsellable' thanks to being the only agent in 14 years to sell a derelict public house in the coastal town of Hythe, Michelle has made a real name for herself on the Kent Coast. 

Michelle is well known in the local community and regularly sponsors schools, clubs and local events, including an archaeological dig which was shown on national TV.

Michelle is an advocate for Women in Business and runs a successful property investment networking meeting, while combing her business with spending time with her children and pet pooches.
