Chris Hollins

Chris' story starts when he joined us as an agent in 2019. He decided he wanted to test the model before committing fully to a franchise, but before long he took the leap and quickly became our resident property expert in Scotland. 

While Chris hadn't worked in an estate agency role previously, he had plenty of experience flipping properties and in customer service so he found the transition easy. 

He got his first sale immediately as he decided to test the system with one of his own properties. 

When choosing a franchise to invest in, Chris said that he was impressed with the cost of our franchise offering, as well as the service provided. 

Chris specialises in both sales and lettings and has had some great successes, including 3 sales within just a few yards of each other!

He recommends building a portfolio of lettings to ensure you have a consistent income and treating sales as a bonus.
