As well as instant access to our online training we also run regular in person sessions in one of our training rooms or via Zoom. Giving you the support you need is our number one priority.
Earning opportunities
Earn upto 80% of the commission from sales, lettings and property management.
Recruit within your own franchise area on your terms but if you want to go further build a wider team and earn 7% commission on their earnings with no restriction on territory.
Keep 80% of all your sales and lettings fees (subject to minimum fees) and 70% of all property management commission.
Unlike the agent licensing option the full franchise gives you a larger secure territory and a higher commission from day one.
Requirements
Our team will give you all the training and support you need.
Our monthly service fee is just ÂŁ400 + VAT per month membership fee and currently we are offering a discount rate of ÂŁ149 for the first 12 months.
Each agent will require their own AML license, TPO, ICO, DBS check and insurance. Don't worry, we will help you with this once you are ready to go live.
